3. Product Quality & Local Sourcing

We partner with farmers and producers who avoid harmful pesticides and herbicides. As a result, fruits and vegetables may not look “perfect,” but they meet our market-grade quality standards.
We may offer local and small-batch products with natural variation. These differences are part of our value and not grounds for a return.

4. Delivery & Pickup

Customers must provide accurate delivery and contact information.
Missed or failed deliveries may result in additional fees. Jadoon’s Market is not responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect addresses, absence of the customer, or other factors outside our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

General Returns: Unopened, resellable items may be returned within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or store credit.
Damaged Items: All orders are inspected and packed carefully. If an item is damaged during packing, we will provide store credit once the damaged goods are returned.
Final Sale Items: Alcohol, hemp products, special orders, discontinued products, items marked “final sale,” age-restricted products, and items with electronic components are not returnable.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
Product availability is not guaranteed and may vary due to supplier changes or seasonal availability.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders prior to fulfillment.
